Processing Time

  • All standard orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after business hours may be processed on the next business day.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
  • Shipping carriers also do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary based on destination, shipping method selected at checkout, and external factors such as carrier delays or customs clearance.

Domestic & International Shipping

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
  • Some destinations may have limited shipping options.
  • International deliveries may take longer due to customs processing.

Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times. Husle UK is not liable for such delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to item availability or fulfillment center locations. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment separately.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be applied by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, any refund issued will exclude original shipping costs.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Husle UK is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered or incomplete addresses.

Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Delivered Packages

Without Shipping Protection

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Husle UK is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate any
investigation.

With Shipping Protection

If shipping protection is purchased, coverage may apply to orders that are confirmed as lost or stolen in transit following an investigation. Packages marked as successfully
delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Orders shipped to freight forwarders or third-party shipping companies are not covered once marked as delivered, regardless of shipping protection.
