Refunds & Returns Policy

At Husle UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.
1. Your Legal Rights (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to receive goods that are:
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for purpose
- As described
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
2. 14-Day Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason.
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to return your order.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
- Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from delivery.
In such cases, you are entitled to a:
- Full refund
- Replacement, or
- Repair (where applicable)
We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Underwear or intimate apparel
- Items marked as final sale
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer
5. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team with:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
- Clear photos (if the item is faulty or damaged)
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
8. International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs charges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for international returns.
